Purpose of processing and legal basis: 
The processing of personal data for pre-contractual or contractual purposes is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Processing for advertising purposes is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Storage period: 
If necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship. In addition, we are subject to retention and documentation obligations arising from the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code. Finally, the storage period is also determined by statutory limitation periods.

You have the right to obtain from the responsable access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification
(Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 (1) GDPR) or restriction of processing
