Battery-buffered UPS systems
UPS systems with batteries have high ambient temperature requirements. The optimum ambient temperature
for batteries is 20° C. The maximum service life of the battery can be achieved under these conditions.
VRLA batteries are subject to an ageing process that is accelerated by an ambient temperature that is too high.
